We just rented a unit and we were assisted by Karina. She was very professional and explained everything thoroughly! She answered all our questions without us having to ask them and gave us all the information that we need in a timely matter. We also did get the chance of meeting who we believe is the owner (I did not catch his name) who was also very helpful in explaining the rules. Would recommend this place for anyone looking. 10/10 customer service.

Rented 2 climate controlled units for 6 months while we were transitioning between houses. Units were clean and the staff was great! Moving in and out was smooth.

Absolute ripoff, by far the most expensive storage. Raises rents every year. Mine doubled annually. Extremely rude staff. I'm adding this part because they responded to this review. Very few places increase their rate in 12 months anyway. So the guarantee is worthless. The rates vary based on which of the three locations you go to. Ridiculous. $80 to $90 for a small 5 x 10. And you'll pay over $100 in a year.. Guaranteed they will raise your rate. Shop around. Every place I called today was less. Getting my stuff out by the end of the month.
