Place closes almost an hour early without notifying customers. Reserved a reservation & went to go complete & get my code & sign papers & had to get a whole other storage unit at another place because of them closing so early .

Gary was very helpful. I been heee before and they are always friendly and love that I was able to do mostly everything at night in bed and just came in to scan my drives license and registration. Plus they have some great deals. Highly recommend this place for car storage

Chasity and Chris made my storage unit end-of-lease process incredibly smooth and easy. The whole thing took less than two minutes! I remember that starting my lease here was just as simple, but I honestly expected ending it to be more complicated. Thankfully, they explained everything clearly and handled it efficiently. It was a great experience from start to finish. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely return to SmartStop at Russell and Durango. They truly are the best!
