According to Tifphany, the access doors are only open from 5am - 9pm. You need to stop what you are doing and close your storage at 9pm no exceptions. She will even call you and tell you "end of story". Super rude, the worst customer service I ever experienced. Its unfortunate because if tiffany was the girl when i started the application, i would have walked out IMMEDIATELY.

You know I would have given this place a high rating before but with what I'm experiencing right now, and knowing that this company doesn't really care about their customers as I've experienced firsthand, I felt compelled to come on here and say something. First of all, this isn't my unit, it's my grandmother's unit and it's my grandmother's stuff. My grandmother had her bank account compromised by hackers and had to get new account numbers cards etc. she had her storage unit on autopay for the last 15+ years. When the bank switched her account they were supposed to make sure all her autopay accounts that she approved and confirmed were transferred to pull from her new account. The bank messed up and this one wasn't added. The unit wasn't being paid and we were none the wiser as the email they tried reaching out to was an old one of mine for oh I don't know 15-20 years ago. I explained all of this to them when we found out about the unit not being paid and I would think that after her being a loyal paying customer for around 15-20 years that they would show a little compassion and maybe be willing to work with us. Their solution? Pay us by the 8th or it gets auctioned or pay us $500 before the 8th and vacate the entire unit the same day. I even offered to pay the $500 to halt the sale and the remainder the 15th. They refuse to even do that. That many years and this is the way they treat her. They expect an 80 year old woman to vacate an entire unit in 100+ degree weather in one day? On top of that she has threatened to kill herself due to stress and was throwing up for days from stress after learning this whole thing was going to have to happen this way. Totally uncaring, uncompromising, and rude way to treat someone who has loyally used your service for that many years. I'm honestly appalled.
