Both Adam and Berniece are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are always patient and very understanding with any concerns I have. They always resolve amy issues with ease. I have three units and choose to stay at their property because of how nice and pleasant they are to me. Their customer service is impeccable.

Great storage facility. Staff is friendly and location is very clean. I had my stuff in storage for over 4 years. I had no issues. My unit was the 10x15 on the third floor. When I got my stuff out after 4 years, no dust, no dirt, no water damage, no bugs! I was very satisfied! I made my final payment and my move out happen to be the day after my monthly payment so they refund me my last payment which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend!
