I think it’s worth reporting my experience to others with this company so they know what to expect. I stored here for Burning Man and didn’t mind paying the highest prices in town for convenience to the airport. Just after hand washing my RV and trailer before dropping it off I left it with them for a year of storage. When I picked it up the first thing I noticed was it was missing a side panel. Their response was “prove it was there when you dropped it off”. I was shocked they offered zero help to solve the problem and take any ownership. I spent almost $10k with them annually and only pick up twice a year. I would think I am an ideal customer to want to keep and treat well. Instead they decided to tell me to pound sand over a $20 peace of plastic. Thank God there wasn’t real damage or harm done but renters be ware, they take zero accountability for your stuff and it’s on you to fully document your stuff before dropping it off. I can’t imagine how they would treat other customers who spend much less and require them to do more work. As a result I found better service, and more amenities at another storage facility and I am saving roughly 50%. All and all I am glad they treated me with terrible customer service.

The access to your boat or RV is very limited. You will never be able to get your vehicle out before 10am and that’s rare. We called and left a message the night before and they wouldn’t get us our boat the next day until around 2 pm- on a Wednesday (not over the summer) because they didn’t have 24 hours notice. This business model is ridiculous and doesn’t make sense if you ever want to take your boat out for a “last minute” ride. They simply need more staff. You have to essentially have storage outside of your storage to ever go anywhere at a reasonable hour. This area needs more options.

Loved working with Admiral for storing our Airstream over the winter. Great team who communicate really well and felt like our trailer was cared for properly. Would 100% use again next year!

Their level of service has been awesome. We have been a tenant for many years and they take care of us and go above and beyond even when we have sold machines they have been there to help us facilitate the process. Full service ans then some! Thank you Admiral family!

Stay away. These people advertise that they will help organize washes, repairs, stock up your RV for trips, clean it when you return. They don't actually do any of that! They advertise that they will get your RV out on a 24 hour notice. Try calling on Wed for a Fri removal and they will act like they are doing you a huge favor. I will give them that 2 times they pulled it out with a <24 hour notice but boy did I have to hear about it. Then, when you find a better place and move out, they will keep charging you for months on end. Promises unkept, service is poor, they keep billing you when you leave. No thanks.
