Total rip off!!!! I was excessively charged! Milage showed i went 81 miles. I only went 42! I strongly recommend photos of everything i was told by the agent the reason I was charged the price was she calls someone else in the industry NOT haul for verification

I needed a place to park my dad's boat fast. I called up to the Concord office and spoke with a Denise. Turns out this my lucky day as she is the head manager. Extremely courteous and accomodating she was. Created a parking spot out of thin air and gave me a great price. I will be using their services from here on out. TN
