Most of their reviews are from when this property was owned by a small business (that was fantastic). When they sold the property to 10Fed, in less than 6 months, my unit went from $35/m to $65/m to now $100/m for a 5x10. Look elsewhere, you can get a larger unit for the same price at Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, Piney Grove Storage, etc. If 10Fed has deals running, their prices will eventually go up substantially. I highly recommend seeking out another facility.

I do NOT recommend this company at all whatsoever. I’ve had my storage unit for five years that had all my stuff in it. A lot of stuff is irreplaceable and can’t even be bought And it was auctioned off with no effort of notice at all. Nobody left a voicemail or sent any letter that it was being auctioned off. I checked my emails when I tried to make a payment to my account and realized that they weren’t Economy Storage anymore so I checked my email and noticed an email from their now new name. Which I rarely check my emails anyways. But the fact that they didn’t even try to call or leave a voicemail or even send out a letter is extremely unprofessional and negligent. So RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
