Go Store It Self Storage

I had a bit of a rough start with Go Storage due to an unexpected price increase, which was frustrating at first. However, my experience completely turned around thanks to Jose, the manager. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to resolve the issue in a fair and transparent way. It’s not often you see customer service handled with this level of care and professionalism. Jose really went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate the effort. Because of him, I feel much more confident continuing to do business with Go Storage. Great customer service makes all the difference!

Katie ,was absolutely extremely helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit and got all my needs taken care of super fast. Then some month's later Bharath helped me with some unexpected higher rent increases and he worked hard to bring the increased rent amount down to a more affordable rent increase price that I could afford ...I really like my storage unit and location and I thank them for working with me to stay there...I highly recommend GoStore it. If you have any problems call them & they will work with you the best that they can to help keep your business..Thanks again to both Katie & Bharath for working with me on this..
