If you need to contact somebody, you won’t get any help. They randomly bump up the rent by a hundred dollars. Nobody is ever on the property site or in the office to help if a lock isn’t working. The customer service (Eric especially) is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Once I was able to get into storage, things went well. The worker their was nice and attentive. He was able to answer my questions and satisfy my needs.
