Updating my original review. After renting space for 3 months, they more than doubled the price of rent, so we vacated. Nice storage facility with good prices. Was able to complete rental online.

As of right now this place gets a 2 star solely based on the fact I cannot get ahold of anyone at this location. The only reason this place did not get a 1 is based on the location and cleanliness. I would like to get in there to look at several units to see what fits my needs best. I've gone up there and no one is ever there. I call the 910 number and it goes to a call center that I can hardly understand. They want my full name and driver's license number to give me a temporary code to get in and go look at empty units. How that is safe for others belonging is beyond me. I will not be giving my license number over the phone or text to a call center most likely not even in the US. This is absolutely ridiculous that I can't even get the number to the location to speak to someone there and schedule a time the facility manager will be there to look at these units and rent one.
