Mr. Owner, I'm happy to share the video we have of the mice in your facility - should I post here? Your exterminator was not only rude, like your staff, but very dismissive, therefore I asked for a 2nd opinion from another exterminator who was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. Your claim that surrounding units were inspected and found to have no issue is laughable - what did you go in and remove the items from those units & repack it - come on man! Every piece of furniture and every box of ours had to be opened, every item treated and laundered. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! As someone who provides a service to clients your behavior was unacceptable from the very beginning and you did NOTHING to remedy the situation. You and your staff need to take a course or two in customer service. I will tell everyone I can not to use your storage facilities.

There are several storage options in Wilmington, New Hanover county area. Monkey Junction Self Storage is "THE BEST". The staff and facility are great!!!

Storage place is clean. Not sure why they need to raise prices within 9 months

This is THE most crooked place to store anything! They raised our monthly fee without notice, then charged an ASTRONOMICAL price for my things! Once we paid, three days later STILL can't get into my unit because their lock is on and they " forgot to remove it! After they went through it that is! Do NOT RECOMMEND!
