Bob and Suzy are over and above. My debit card had expired, and I didn't think about my storage unit not having been paid until I saw an email from them letting me know. I probably would have lost my stuff somewhere else. They're always pleasant to deal with and I can't say enough good about them. (And no, I don't know them otherwise).

This is a great company to do business with if you need to use private storage containers. (clean and bug-free). Not to mention their wonderful people. They won't sell your storage like most companies. If you're not up to date on billing they'll call you.
