Clean and secure

I would not recommend this place to anybody that plans on working/ keeping stuff you need to grab on the daily. The staff will harass you for visiting the unit too much. I followed all rules and guidelines and was still removed for coming “too much”. One lady is very rude and condescending to younger people.

We rented a 10x15 at south end of Baltimore behind IGA. Older building with larger water puddles you have to walk around or chance getting your feet wet. Inside was dry but smelled damp all the time. It was ok for the stuff from my barn but I definitely wouldn't want to put anything nice there. I would not rent at this location again, their other locations might be ok. There are other much nicer places around Baltimore like Capital Mini Storage and Pax where we stored all of our other stuff for the same price.

So far they have been great!

I started with a smaller unit almost 5 years ago and moved it up to a 10x20 almost a year ago. Some personal items, but mostly revolving furniture pieces that I buy and sell. Now looking to get a 2nd unit as well. Have never had an issue with entry into the facility on any day at any time. The rental property area is kept clean. As long as you stay up-to-date with your rental fees, you to should have a pleasant experience. Office staff is always helpful whether in person or on the phone.
