this particular location is GREAT and I’ve been there for years but with the Price increase you think they could buy some lightbulbs for the sign so we can see where it’s at night!

Honestly they’re okay until you decide to cancel your unit with them. Read the other reviews from tenants about the process of terminating your lease with them. I called several times and no one ever picks up here, I got sent to the main hub and talked to a women named Tracey, she said she reached out to the company and gave them an additional notice along with my previous email( that now they can’t find) and would be sure to get my lease cancelled. She told me to go in sign the papers and I would be good to go. I went in and the women at the front desk says she can’t find anything and had an attitude saying well the main hub doesn’t tell us anything and I can’t find your emails. They never answer your calls or emails But even through I gave my 10 day notice they want me to pay for next month. They raise their rent several times throughout the year even when you have a contract and the only reason they have a good rating is because they give you money off to give them 5 stars. I was with this company for 3 years and paid on time, no problems and they ruined the experience by playing dumb and I’m not the first person they’ve done this too per the other reviews. Honestly I would stay clear from this property.

Rented a storage with Angel today, she was extremely helpful, kind and handled businesses quickly. Thank you guys! I also wanted to share that the customer service team that I spoke with did not relay my reservation when I spoke with 2 associates over the phone earlier this week. That wasn’t cool.

I have been with three different Storage companies over the last 15 years and Cardinal by far has been the best experience. Everytime I’m in there I am greeted warmly and have elite customer service from Christina and Jen! They truly are a dynamic duo. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and Provides easy access to my unit. I finally have peace of mind and knowing that I’m not going to have to change storage facilities due to all the NUMEROUS issues I’ve had to deal with from the other companies. This place is the best.

They were very helpful with troubleshooting online and I was able to load my unit later in the evening. I trust they will take care of my space while I'm in the military.
