Here's why you want to store your unit here: With the city wide flood event we just went through, there was some minor flooding of the corner of this facility. We got an email from VIP, describing the situation, recommending we check our unit, and a phone number to call with questions. We checked, and our unit was fine, but I called to see if they thought the creek would continue to rise. David answered, gave me his best prediction, assured me they would be monitoring the issue through the night, and promised to call if the flooding got anywhere close to our unit. This was above and beyond customer service!! Not only do you receive a secure facility with room to safely maneuver for a fair price, you also get staff that are invested in protecting your asset. Thank you VIP!

CAVEAT EMPTOR. I have been a customer here for years, and since the RV market has increased considerably, VIP Outdoor Storage feels they are justified in doubling the rental rate to capitalize on the new RV market being overly saturated. I'm sure if the market continues to saturate, rates will go up again as soon as they know they can capitalize since people have nowhere else to go, so don't expect even this new inflated rate to be remotely close to permanent. Greedy company for sure. They will tell you it's costs rising, but they haven't even done the things they promised when they opened the facility, so expect no one on premises, and no improvements, and likely a broken gate most of the time. For the same money, you can find a company with at least a representative on site during the day.

Great outdoor storage! I rented my spot online and didn't had to visit an office. I was pleasantly surprised about how wide the lanes are and the size of the parking spot (I have a 19' RV) and the half size spot, which is 25' x 12.5', was perfect for my needs. Their prices are fair. In and out is a breeze and I was happy to find a car wash three minutes away where I can clean it before dropping it off. In summary, I highly recommend this business.
