This was a quick and easy experience. FREE-UP STORAGE has a large variety of unit sizes. Easy access to each unit on Middle Valley Rd. Got to see the available units I was interested in. They are helpful and organized in it all went smooth.

The rental process was quick and easy.

I called in because I received a text message on 02/05/26 saying I needed to call Freeup Storage on Middle Valley Rd in Hixson, TN because I hadn’t paid February’s bill, I was confused. I spoke to a foreigner named Maria, I think, anyway I asked her why I received this message. She tells me that I haven’t paid my storage bill for the month. I told her that I was on automatic payment and she confirmed that I was NOT. I immediately told her to please put me back on the automatic payment so this doesn’t happen again and not get charged late fees. She was very nice to me and said that she had me know on automatic payment and that she was glad I called in as soon as I received that text message because if I “hadn’t paid it then ON SUNDAY FEB 8Th, there WOULD HAVE BEEN LATE FEES.” I told her I was glad to because I didn’t want late charges especially when I was thinking all these YEARS I was on the automatic payment. So I asked her to please charge my card and I specified that my bill WAS $230 and then said TWO THREE ZERO dollars correct. That’s when she said correct but I checked my checking account and they TOOK $273! That’s FORTY DOLLARS MORE that was NEVER MENTIONED!! You can best believe I WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! INEED to know why they charged an EXTRA $40! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!
