Boxwing Storage Chapman HWY Knoxville,Tn..Very dirty units infested with rats on property and leaking roof, wow. I should have never put my belongings on this property. Now I have moved outta this place and still struggling to sort out all my stuff that was damaged by rats and rat pee, and I can assure you there were NO Rats in my belongings when I stored it here. On top of that these people are still charging me for rent when my account with boxwing storage even says I've moved out. Stay Away

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I absolutely would, 100 Stars in my book!! Hands down Boxwing Storage is by far the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure to rent a unit from!! I have had my unit for about 2 1/2 years now and Kenneth the property Manager is the MOST OUTSTANDING NICEST MAN EVER!! When I have had any problems, I just call and talk to him and explain what is going on, not only is he beyond understanding, but always has went out of his way to assist me and make sure that I don't lose my Unit! I will NEVER rent from another storage company EVER!! They have an outstanding surveillance with cameras hung up every where covering every part of the property so you never have to worry about your unit being broken into!! Plus the 24/7 access to my unit with my belongings is a major plus, when all these other storage places lock their gates by 9pm and don't open back until 8am, I am able to visit mine at 2am if I please!!! I love my storage place and I tell anyone and everyone about them!! Thank you Kenneth for being the BEST OF THE BEST at Boxwing!!

Since being under New Management things have improved for the better and I feel more secure knowing everyone gas their own individual gate code.
