The prices are fine but the issue is the hoarding, a few units are so putrid smelling that you can smell it coming from the units with the door shut. I reported to the manager that someone was living in a unit across from my mother in-laws unit, they sounded concerned but here we are over a month later and the person is still there. Not only that they now have stuff out in front of there unit, covered in a tarp. Just not a good thing to have around when people need access to their stuff.

The five star review is strictly for Gary the gentleman that does maintenance on the property. He was extremely helpful during my move out of the storage unit today. As far as the call center you get when you call their number - not great.
