I keep a couple of RV’s here. Major upgrade from where I was before, which comes at a price. Pros: - haven’t seen a mosquito yet thanks to the fully graveled property - my units stay sheltered through the weather and sun - the property is secure with gated entry and exit and security fencing surrounding it. They also have security cameras on site. - thank heavens for power! Each unit has its own metered site. Not that we need much power when stored, it prevents it from getting extremely hot or cold and protects our investments. As well as giving me power when I have upgrades or repairs to make. - the owner is a good dude and that goes a long way. Cons - - I can’t ever get ahold of office staff and when I can she still can’t work the phones. An excessive 8 calls one day trying to manage it on the staffs side - couldn’t event get her cell phone to work. Other days I call and get an answer and just hear “hello…hello” several times then click. I don’t know if it’s the system they have her using or user error but I imagine this issue has to be costing them business! It’s a frustration point for me but now that I’m moved in, at least it isn’t urgent. Because it’s going to take a while to get anything accomplished. I honestly feel sorry for the lady trying to work a system she isn’t familiar with and frankly may be too much - hoping they get something more user friendly for her. Nice lady, just technically challenged - the gravel; it’s still packing in. It’s a wonderful new facility but with that, if you come and go a lot like I do you’ll feel the softness in the ground. When wet, and backing in one of my heavier trailers I had to use 4wd to push it in past the soft gravel. Granted, I had already created some ruts coming and going on a regular basis. As it packs in and maybe more base is put in over time - I think it will self resolve. This isn’t a huge con. Grateful to be out of the thorny any filled and mosquito invested storage lot I was using before at half the price. Very willing to pay double for what they have here!
