The office manager, Emilio, was very patient, friendly and helpful. I was not sure what size unit would fit my needs and he has been great to help us get a good match! The owners are also nice and very friendly.

We just rented a unit at Spicewood Springs Self Storage and so far we're very happy! Emilio (site manager) helped us find the best unit for our needs and got us set up within minutes. The facility is new & clean, climate-controlled, with parking right near the doors and dollies right next to the elevators.

I'm so glad that I found this place! It's clean, safe, and easy to load your stuff. The on-site manager Emilio is great and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was set up properly for me to move in. Definitely five stars!

If you are looking for a storage unit that is climate control and clean,this is the place. It is easy to load in and out. There are nice big dollies waiting by the entrance for your use. The manager Emilio is great to work with and he keeps to space clean and organized. It’s nice to have clean bathrooms available and a water fountain right by front door too. The prices are reasonable which also includes insurance.
