Complete fraud & always an issue. The gate lock was often broken. Someone stole $400 item from my unit and the staff was of no help for recovery. Had rat(s) eating my boxes (no food items in unit) and they wanted me to pay to have units treated. Nobody is ever on site. Constantly raised the unit until I couldn't pay. Locked me out of unit and could not get into it after paying yet another fee bc no one was available to remove lock. They save info and will charge every card you ever paid with till one goes through. They do not permit late access, even though it was 24hrs when I first rented. Now they lock gate after 10. after increase of rent, fees on top of fees, and losing my things, they reported to credit more than owed. Don't recommend. I was able to reserve a unit without payment up front. Rachel immediately called me to confirm reservation and give information about setup. The office is open until 5:00 p.m. but they have support outside of business hours. I completed the registration online very simply and quickly and was able to make payment prorated for the first month as well as my deposit. Option to provide your own insurance. Email came right away with gate code and agreement copy. Looking forward to seeing unit after the remote setup was so easy.
