Nikki, the manager at 3370 center st, is a houston treasure. She was so delightful and passionate about the storage industry. From the moment I walk she greeted with me with a huge texas smile and was interested in knowing how she could make my day. It was the highlight of my experience in Houston as I am currently relocating from California. She helped me find my storage unit and get access to the elevator. It was a great experience and if you are in need of help stop by and ask for Nikki.

I had a great experience here and it’s worth the price. The unit was always clean, felt very safe, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Nikki is truly the best from day one. She made it feel like home and was always so helpful. Highly recommend!

It was really easy to book a place online but when I went in person and didn't like the specific door, Nikki was super helpful in showing me different units and helping me switch units. The place also feels secure and is really clean. They have dollies to help unload stuff which was also super helpful.
