The only reason I'm giving this place a one star review is because I can't give it a zero star review. I rented a parking space some months ago because they had a promotion online that I would get a free month, it's been around 4 or 5 months and I still don't get my free month. I have asked the store manager, Joy Pendleton, several times about my free month and the best they could do was give me $20 credit in a month. My regular rent is about $107, so I paid $87. I have asked Joy to have her manager call me to see why I haven't gotten my free month. She tells me her manager, Xotchil (not sure this is the correct spelling), who is in a store in Converse Tx, told her that I won't get a free month because the space I rented was the last one and the "system" didn't allow it. I have asked Joy for her manager's phone number or corporate's number and she won't give me any numbers. I don't understand why they advertise something online and not honor the deal. Not sure if Joy perhaps is the one not wanting to give me my free month or this is the way they get new customers with false advertising. If you see an online "deal" from this storage facility make sure you get something in writing before you move in or they will not honor it. I will try to look for another storage facility to move my trailer out.
