Called 6x over the last 3 weeks to have repairs done to my unit. I was told by maintenance to remove my trailer and put a red lock they provided on my unit so they could make repairs. It’s been 2 weeks now and nothing , but lies and runaround regarding repairs. They sure are quick to run my card once a month , but are sure slow to make a minor repair.

I have been a customer with REC Nations for nearly three years, and until recently my experience had been acceptable. Unfortunately, an incident that occurred during their recent ground remodeling project has completely changed my view of this company. My RV was moved from its original spot to another location as part of their construction work. They have asked for my persmision to preform the task. During that move, my RV was damaged, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair costs. What has been most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. They didn't take any responsibililty becuase they asked me to sign a weaver. I made the mistake to think they are professional at what they do. BIG MISTAKE. I made multiple attempts to reach someone to discuss the issue and find a reasonable resolution. After several calls and emails, the only response I received was that I should file a claim with my own insurance, and the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred while my RV was under their care. After this experience, I decided to cancel my lease agreement. I had just paid for the upcoming month, and when I called to request a refund for the unused portion, the representative refused and simply stated that the termination date would be March 31 instead of April 9. After nearly three years as a paying customer, this response felt dismissive and extremely disappointing. Businesses make mistakes — that happens. But how a company chooses to stand behind its customers when those mistakes occur is what defines their integrity. At this point, I am simply asking for fairness and accountability. I hope REC Nations leadership reviews this situation and considers reaching out to resolve the matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

I was asked to relocate my trailer and truck to a different spot because they are doing construction. I move it to the new location that I was provided and they sent a email saying my property was sticking out past the line of my space however I was out of the country for the holiday . This is the same truck and trailer that has been parked at this facility for 1 year now with no issues in the old spot .I was parked for about 2 weeks and I got a email saying that my vehicle would be towed if not moved by Friday which was 4 days away and I was out of the country for New Years. I called and asked for an explanation of what was going and explained that I was not in the area to move my truck and she very unprofessional. Over talking everything I said. I asked to speak with a manager to come up with a solution or move to another spot and she continued shouting about moving my trailer disregarding the fact that I was not in town to move my truck . She never provided a managers contact info or no one has reached back out with a resolution. I asked them to give me until a Monday when I was back in town and have not received a response . This is crazy . You can never reach anyone . Only a recorded AI system . So when a issue arise don’t expect to speak with someone .
