I rented from Foot Hills for almost 10 years without any issues. Just recently the business is under new management and my rent went from 100 to 145 without any kind of notice. I also had to start paying for insurance. It has gotten just too expensive to store my things there, so I ended up moving out. Why is everything all about how much money businesses can try and squeeze out of ppl these days?

This is the second time I've rented here. The manager is a very nice person and very helpful. They have great prices for their units and the security is awesome. I highly recommend this facility

We’ve been renting from NFMS for a few years now. Steve has been extremely nice and respectful. He is a kind person and I appreciate that. We’ve encountered great customer service and great communication from him. He’s been helpful and responsive when we have come a cross any issues. I really appreciate being able to go to our storage when we need without hourly restrictions.

This is a great place to store items. Very secure. It is accessible. There's soon going to be a gas station next door but Steve the manager/owner I'm not really sure if he is. The owner is just a wonderful dude. He makes the place worth renting to because he communicates and is there when you need him and very approachable?
