This business is trying to charge me for disputed payments they received back and then keep charging me more. I've paid everything in full, have receipts and they keep insisting that I still owe. It's harassment

Overall a good experience. Fee structure seems to be a bit out of hand sometimes but it's all in the paperwork that you sign when you get your unit so it's all agreed to I suppose. The staff is always been very helpful understanding and try to work with you whenever they can. If I ever have storage needs again I will come back to this place. Also after reading a couple comments people have left about the place they specifically mention the two week or 10-day whatever it is notice to vacate policy when you sign up for your unit so not only is it written but verbally communicated. At least in my situation it was I assume they have the same spiel for everybody but I could be wrong.

⚠️ Beware before renting here ⚠️ I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. They have a strict written 10-day notice policy buried in their contract — if you don’t provide notice at least 10 days before your rent due date, you’re forced to pay for another full month, no exceptions. It feels designed to trap tenants into paying extra rent. On top of that, they can raise your rent whenever they choose, which makes budgeting here stressful and unpredictable. To make matters worse, the units have a mice problem, and management doesn’t take responsibility for the living conditions. For the amount they charge, tenants deserve far better. Shame on them for hiding behind fine print and ignoring tenant concerns. If you value fair treatment, clear policies, and a safe place to live, look elsewhere.
