I’m disappointed with the door and slide on my storage unit. I had to buy special oil and a tool to be able to get the door slide to move to open it. A few times when I have tried to get into the unit I wasn’t able to move the slide mechanism over. There are also a lot of wasp nests outside of many units and I’m extremely allergic to bees and wasps.

I had a nice storage unit at Pioneer but I needed another unit. They had a unit but it was on the back side of the one I presently had. I had a few items in the new unit when I noticed a unit across from my unit had opened up. I called Pioneer and asked if I could switch units and they more then happy to switch me.
