Mequon Storage

A very easy process to rent the storage unit. Joanne was very competent and had us set up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

I have a light in my unit so I can unload after work in the dark!

From the first time we reserved a unit, Mequon Storage has been great. That first time 3 years ago (2020) they worked very hard to find us the right spot that was easy to access to accommodate a boat. Saturday business hours ended at noon, but they worked until almost 3:00 to make sure we could have access to the right unit that day. Since then they have continued to provide great service when we've needed additional units for a few months. I strongly recommend Mequon Storage. August 2025 update - when we recently quickly needed some temperature controlled storage, they again stayed past normal Saturday hours to ensure we could finish the agreement and gain access that day. Their service continues to be outstanding.

Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had renting a truck. Rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, unhelpful. I’m not sure why I didn’t expect this when see by that employees come to work here in their pajamas. I went with Penske last time, and had the opposite experience. I’d never utilize storage here in the future, and UHaul should rethink their partnership.

Great storage with great customer service my vehicle been here for 4 years now price went up sent then but everything in the world is also definitely recommend this place
